About me

I’ve done lots of things in my life and worn many hats.

I started out as an archaeologist, but found my calling in teaching.
Nowadays my class consists of two young boys, who teach me much more than I’ll ever teach them. In the little free time they leave me, I translate and, in the evenings, I try to teach the mysteries of Greek cooking to anyone who’s interested. You see, I can’t live without teaching.

I don’t promise to upload recipes every day, not even every week. Just when I happen to have a little free time – whenever that is.
